The Fund may develop construction projects which may later then be put up for sale or rental, allowing for the contracting of debt as a form of financing. The level of indebtedness is not subject to any upper limit.
The Fund, in addition to including wealth income, may acquire simple or mixed agricultural lands and holdings as a way to generate value through diverse real estate development projects.
The Fund clearly assumes the possibility of taking on the risk concentration of tenants/lessees, and high levels of investment within the same geographical space. The possibility of investing in simple or mixed agricultural lands and holdings implies considerably higher associated risk.
