Floresta Atlântica – Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário, S.A. was founded on 19 June 2007, with its function and objective being the management of real estate investment funds and the providing of consultancy services for real estate investment with a view to the sustained growth of investment portfolios.

Floresta Atlântica is registered with the Securities Market Commission (Comissão de Mercado de Valores Mobiliários – CMVM) under number 321, and with the Bank of Portugal under number 334, with its functions and activities regulated under the terms of Decree-Law nº 13/2005, dated 7 January.
