Iberia Capital
Iberia Capital is a Special Closed Real Estate Investment Fund, of private subscription, established in 2006, whose duration is set at 10 years, extendable, with an amount totally subscribed at 7,250,000 euros, divided into 145,000 shares.
The Fund was approved by the Securities Market Commission (Comissão de Mercado de Valores Mobiliários CMVM) on 28 December 2008 and bears the Registry number 953.
