The First Atlantic Forest Fund is a Special Closed Forest Real Estate Investment Fund of Private Subscription, of 10 years in duration, extendable, with an amount totally subscribed at 20 million euros, divided into 400,000 shares.
The First Atlantic Forest Fund, having been approved by the Securities Market Commission (Comissão de Mercado de Valores Mobiliários CMVM) on 18 October 2007, bears the Registry number 1040.
